Spring camp is the most popular event of the year and is where our graduating 5th graders, plus bonus year 6th graders (and their dads) enjoy one last hurrah in the Voyager program.  As you probably know, we are unable to attend Camp Icaghowan this year so we are planning an abbreviated and safe trip to Camp Ihduhapi!

This special and amazing overnight provides you and your kids with a lifetime of treasured memories.  Be there!

COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN: This is an OUTDOOR event.  Meals will be served outdoors and each family will bring and sleep in their own tent - we ask that you do not share tents with other families - even if you are in a "pod" at home.  Dads are highly encouraged to pursue vaccination as much as is feasible prior to the event, but regardless, testing and masking will be a big emphasis!

Additional Details:
  • Cost is $50.00 per person (Dad + Child(ren)) and includes three meals (Lunch, Dinner and a light breakfast), activities and of course the CAMP T-SHIRT (size chart: https://www.apparelvideos.com/cs/CatalogBrowser?todo=mm&productId=YST350).
  • Arrive between 8:00 and 10:00 on 8th (Set up your tent and start exploring the new grounds.  The Dad's Regatta will start around 10:00 AM after a short welcome meeting - Meet by the regatta site).
  • Check-Out on Sunday at 12:00 so you can get home and spend some time with all the moms that helped make this weekend possible
  • Registration fees include all costs for Camp Ihduhapi, including Magic Fire donation, t-shirt for each adult & child, and meals.
  • All payments must be made online! No registration or payments will be allowed at Camp.
  • David Breen Scholarship Funds are available if financial assistance is needed to ensure that each and every Voyager can attend this magical weekend.  For more details please email the Navigators directly at nevoyagers@gmail.com - all requests will be handled discreetly and remain confidential. And Yes, this does apply to Voyager families who have faced job losses or significant income drops due to the current pandemic - we still want you to come to camp.
What to bring:
  1. NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST RESULTS.  Please get yourself and your child(ren) tested for covid and bring proof of negative test results to us at registration.  Please get tested between Wednesday May 5th and Friday May 7th.  You will need this to participate in camp events.
  2. Masks.  We're going to need them when gathering in groups.
  3. Camping EquipmentBring your own tent, camping chairs, small table...whatever might make you more comfortable.  We are camping out this year to ensure that we keep this from becoming a super spreader event.  If you don't have a tent, please reach out as there are several people who will loan one out to you.  PLEASE DO NOT SHARE TENTS WITH OTHER FAMILIES.
